No, you can start with the blend that you feel most drawn to and then build from there . Each blend is created to be used with the Emotional clearing technique to get the very best results.

Are the oils super strong smelling?

The Blends are very light and soft. While they help create very potent energetic shifts they are able to worn easily without offending anyone or having an overwhelming aroma.

There are so many essential oil out there why are your better?

Yep, there are TONS of essential oils out there and sadly about 90% of them are toxic and ineffective. I use only the highest quality CPTG?organic essential oils so you can be assured that what you are putting on your body is beneficial and effective.

Can I mix my own oils or do I have to use yours?

My blends have been created based upon years of experience and lots of trial and error. You can absolutely create your own blends and see what they do for you. Believe me, you are probably much more intuitive than you realize and what you create might work great!
